FAQ
What kind of support do you provide?
We assist with billing and payment-related issues, such as unrecognized charges, refund requests, and general inquiries about payments.
Which company made this charge?
Once you share the transaction details, we’ll investigate and let you know which platform processed the payment.
I see a payment I don’t recognize – what should I do?
Please contact us so we can investigate. To help us identify the charge, we’ll need: - The first 6 digits (BIN) and the last 4 digits of the card used - Your email address so we can update you on the request Once we have this information, we’ll review the transaction and get back to you promptly.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds may be available under our Payment and Refund Policy. To request one, select “Submit a refund request” in the “Select an issue” menu, or contact the platform where the charge occurred using their support options. Refund requests are usually reviewed quickly, often making this a faster option than going through your bank.
What is a BIN and is it safe to share?
BIN stands for Bank Identification Number, the first six digits of your card number. It identifies the bank that issued your card. Sharing your BIN is generally safe, but you should always be cautious when sharing any payment information online.
